Sumgen Biotech Granted with First National Invention Patent
The Company was granted the invention patent for A Monoclonal Antibody that Specifically Binds to AXL by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) on Sep. 25, 2018. This is the first national invention patent granted to the Company.

The present invention has been reviewed by our bureau according to the Patent Law of People's Republic of China. The patentee is authorized with patent rights, granted with this certificate, and registered on the Patent Register. The patent rights are valid from the date of authorized announcement.
The duration of the patent rights is 20 years, starting from the day of application. The patentee shall pay the annual fee according to the Patent Law and its detailed rules for implementation.
