Develop medium- and long-term R&D plans according to the company’s development strategies, and determine the basic research direction for the company’s products;
Undertake and provide assistance to the launch of antibody projects as well as research of related targets, pathways and treatment mechanisms;
Undertake new drug R&D tasks in tumor immunotherapy and therapeutic antibodies, conduct theoretical and experimental validation of new drug targets, and develop, organize, and implement related R&D plans;
Guide and foster an exceptional scientific research team, discover and explore new mechanisms of diseases, and come up with new technical methods for problem solving;
Support late phase processes, clinical research, and industrialization;
Establish collaborations with external scientific research institutions and experts, and achieve R&D targets through reasonable utilization of internal and external resources.
PhD or postdoc in immunology, oncology, biology, medicine or other related fields;
Over 10 years of experience in immunology, tumor immunology and antibody drug-related research as well as extensive experience in tumor immunity and cellular immunity;
Familiar with the fundamentals and current progress in tumor immunology and able to independently design complex experiments related to immunology;
Familiar with translational medicine, current drug targets and pathways; have a thorough understanding of tumor immunotherapy;
Competent in project management, organization and team collaboration;
Passionate about the development of new drugs, and experience in bispecific antibody drug research is preferred;
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
