Lead the technical R&D team to develop antibody R&D projects and establish platforms for antibody screening;
Prepare R&D plans and design appropriate protocols according to target characteristics and conduct overall project management and team management;
Proficient in antibody discovery techniques including antibody library construction and screening, possess extensive knowledge in protein biochemistry and molecular biology, and guide team members in laboratory work;
Conduct patent analysis, prepare patent documents, and provide effective patent protection of newly discovered antibody molecules.
PhD or above in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, immunology or related fields;
More than 3 years of work experience in the antibody discovery department of biomedical or CRO companies;
Experienced in independent development and management of scientific research projects, preferably with related research achievements and successful project experience;
Innovative and has exceptional organization, coordination, management and problem-solving skills.
