Develop cell lines with stable expression of monoclonal antibodies or proteins, perform platform optimization (such as the planning and implementation of experiments including cell transfection, clone screening and clone stability study), and construct and manage subsequent cell libraries;
Conduct R&D of early-phase cell culture process and screening of culture media;
Organize and analyze daily experimental data and prepare experimental reports;
Conduct daily maintenance of lab instruments and equipment;
Complete laboratory management and other tasks assigned by the department head.
Bachelor’s degree or above in bioengineering, biotechnology, biopharmacy or related fields;
Strong knowledge in aseptic techniques and familiar with ELISA procedures;
Experienced in mammalian cell culture, preferably with some understanding of the CHO cell expression systems;
Over 1 year of working experience in cell line construction is preferred;
Familiar with the operation of electroporation system, cell culture shaker, cell counter, microscope, microplate reader and other instruments and equipment;
