Conduct experiments related to antibody activity analysis (ADCC/CDC, ELISA binding, flow cytometry and sorting) and operate related instruments and equipment (microplate reader and flow cytometer);
Provide maintenance of related instruments as well as management and procurement of reagents and consumables.
Bachelor’s degree or above in molecular biology, biotechnology, cell biology or related fields;
Experience in antibody R&D is preferred;
Rigorous, diligent, willing to learn, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
