Learn and understand the principles and development of biopharmaceutical preparations, mechanism of degradation and stability factor of biomolecules, and support the completion of preparation screening, formulation process optimization and stability studies;
Learn and understand detection techniques for biopharmaceutical preparations (freeze drying, ultrafiltration, and spectral analysis), and learn to operate instruments and equipment used for investigating the changes in biomolecular structures and studying preparation stability (MFI, CD, freeze dryer, and HPLC);
Complete experiments under the guidance of investigators, learn to organize and analyze experimental data, and prepare experimental records and reports;
Learn and understand the maintenance of instruments for preparation studies, and the management and procurement of reagents and consumables.
College education or above in pharmacy, medicine, chemistry or other related fields;
Work experience in pharmaceutical preparation studies is preferred;
Rigorous, diligent, willing to learn, and good teamwork and communication skills.
