Job Title: Pharmaceutical Factory Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage the design, construction, repair and maintenance of factories, process and utility systems in strict accordance with US, EU and China GMP requirements, and lead subordinates to strictly implement related working standards;

Oversee the construction of commercial GMP factories according to international (US, EU, China, etc.) pharmaceutical standards, including but not limited to the planning, design, and construction of factories, validation of factories and equipment, and subsequent maintenance;

Develop and optimize various required and engineer-related filing systems and GMP standard documentation systems, including but not limited to SOPs and equipment maintenance records;

Ensure that the management, operation, calibration and maintenance of facilities and equipment complies with related laws and regulations;

Coordinate with government departments regarding matters related to engineering;

Manage third-party contractors to ensure that equipment and engineering tasks are completed with high quality in a timely manner;

Establish a highly efficient engineering team and ensure that projects are implemented as planned.

Qualifications:

Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above;

Major: Mechanical & electrical engineering, engineering management, or related fields;

Working experience: Over 10 years of working experience in equipment and engineering, at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical enterprise management, and familiar with the manufacturing process, facilities and equipment, manufacturing capacity and staff status for pharmaceutical products. Experienced in factory inspections in China, the US and the EU. Experienced in the construction of large-scale industrialization bases;

Proficient in using CAD and other graphics software and professional office software including Microsoft Office;

Good communication skills and excellent leadership and management capabilities. Knowledge in EHS-related laws and regulations and management;

Strong analytical, decision-making, management, organization and coordination skills, and strategic, systematic and international visions in engineering.
