Establish work tasks and plans for the department, and implement, provide guidance, coordinate, inspect and supervise these tasks in a timely manner；
Organize the preparation, revision, and implementation of production management system and documents, and oversee the GMP certification of the production department；
Perform comprehensive production management (personnel, equipment, materials, laws and regulations, and environment)；
Ensure material supply and communicate and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure sufficient supply of high-quality materials and normal production in workshops. Control cost and inventory and ensure successful achievement of various production targets. Hold monthly production planning meetings, conduct inventory and workshop operation analyses, strictly control expenditures, and develop financial plans according to schedule；
Work with the R&D department to review technical management standards, production process procedures, and new product development protocols, and organize and arrange trial production in a timely manner in order to improve the market competitiveness of the company’s products；
Conduct trainings and performance appraisal of department personnel.
College education or above in medicine or related fields;
Over 5 years of experience in production management and over 3 years of experience in department management;
Familiar with company operation processes, new GMP and related laws and regulations; systematic understanding of the overall production management system of pharmaceutical companies; over 5 years of practical experience in GMP certification;
Knowledgeable in production and operation management, product process management, equipment management, quality management, and financial management.
