We have developed a sophisticated therapeutic antibody R&D system, which consists of a technology platform for antibody discovery and optimization based on the dynamic integration of computer aided design (CAD) and mammalian cell display as well as platforms for in vitro activity evaluation, in vivo efficacy evaluation and developability analysis. We have also created unique platform for bispecific antibodies and deployed abundant innovative pipelines in the tumor field.
We have built a highly efficient antibody expression system, defucosylation technology,developability evaluation system and a full chain of technology system from construction of cell lines, through cell culture, purification, preparation process development and amplification, to antibody quality control and antibody scale production.
