Job Title: Clinical Medical Manager

Responsibilities：

Prepare NDA documents;

Prepare clinical study protocols, reports and related documents;

Provide medical support to project development, clinical studies and marketing;

Maintain professional communication with clinical experts and national drug evaluation departments during each phase of new drug R&D projects;

Mentor team members to improve their professional competencies and qualifications;

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Master's degree or above in clinical medicine or other related fields;

Over 3 years of experience in medical support or related jobs, preferably with experience in R&D of innovative drugs and biological drugs;

Competent in developing and preparing clinical study protocols for new drugs;

Solid knowledge in oncology;

Familiar with and thorough understanding of laws, regulations and guidelines governing drug clinical trials;

Proficient in the review, compilation and summary of literature in Chinese and English, and has good writing and verbal capabilities;

Proficient in various office software, preferably with statistical analysis capability;

Strong sense of responsibility, good work ethics, work well under pressure, and excellent organization, coordination and communication skills.
